Challenges for Texas A&M
This could be one of the best games of the year and a can’t miss TV game for all college fans. Last season A&M fell at home to Clemson 28-26. The defending Nation Champion Tigers opened their season with a 52-14 win over Georgia Tech. All-America quarterback Trevor Lawrence completed 13-of-23 passes for 168 yards, a touchdown and 2 interceptions. Running back Travis Etienne gained 205 yards and scored 3 TDs. Clemson mostly ran during the game and gained 411 yards on the ground. A&M played Clemson well last season and probably should have won if not for a late, controversial call. But this is a new season and playing a Clemson in a hostile environment will be a huge challenge for the Aggies. A&M has a shot at beating the Tigers but it’s going to be very tough to do there.
