Challenges for Tennessee
The biggest challenge for the Vols in this game is themselves. It could be very easy to overlook a team that is rated among the worst in the nation. A team that went winless in 2020 (0-5). However, it’s doubtful that Tennessee will overlook a season-opening opponent. Look for Tennessee to push their run game as Bowling Green had the worst rushing defense in the nation in 2020. If the Vols take control early they’ll get some work throwing the ball late in the game. Secure the victory then build for the rest of the season.
