Challenges for Texas A&M

There’s a laundry list of challenges when playing Alabama. The Tide has won its first three games by an average score of 57-9. They’ve got arguably the best quarterback in the country in Tua Tagovailoa who has eight TD passes with no interceptions for an over 200 quarterback rating. Alabama has a huge, physical offensive line and fine stable of running backs to compliment Tagovailoa. Alabama’s defense was hit hard by graduation and players going pro but there is little drop off on the field defensively.

Challenges for Alabama

Alabama has few challenges in personnel matchups with the Aggies. The one area the Tide will be challenged is psychologically. The Bama players can’t get complacent with this A&M squad. The Aggies probably should have beaten a Clemson team that some pollsters believe is better than Alabama. First-year Texas A&M head coach Jimbo Fisher is a winner. He will have his players ready for the Crimson Tide.

Saturday’s game kicks off at 2:30 pm CT and can be seen on CBS.
