Re: Vandy is 2-and-oh, people! Where is the love?
I am a gluten for punishment and too emotionally invested in Vanderbilt football not to get some excitement after a 2-0 start. HOWEVER, What I project and openly display does not often match my internal thoughts and feelings RE Vanderbilt. On a side note, this game against Wake could be very pivotal...

Re: Thoughts on Vandy's 42-31 WIN over Elon
Not sure how much Julian Hernandez absence impacted things, but Vandy’s failure to run between the tackles at any point in the game significantly hurt the offense. It was a huge impact not to have Rocko getting those 3-4yds up the middle. I would expect that against an SEC team not Elon. I was a lit...

Post Hawaii Thoughts
Offense: I really liked the play calling. For the first time since maybe Ludwig, the offense found something that worked and stayed with it. The perimeter run was there and Vandy had 5-6 different plays that put the ball in athletes hand on the perimeter and kept running them over and over. There wa...

Re: HERE TIZ: The 18th Annual OFFICIAL VANDYMANIA 'Predict the Season' CONTEST!!
1. How many games will Vanderbilt win in the REGULAR SEASON? (Not including SECCG, bowls or playoffs. There are 12 games. 5-7 (2-6). The TN game will be extra spirited if we are still in the running for a bowl 2. Which two teams will meet for the SEC Championship Game? (5 points each) Alabama and Ge...

Re: This looks like the future…
This may make a school like SMU in a major market appealing to say the PAC conference. If their home attendance wasn’t comparable to Vandy’s they would already be in the Big 12

What is the forum for this event? Single elimination or round robin? Is Vandy guaranteed 2 or 3 games.

Charges against Texas A&M star wide receiver Ainias Smith have been dropped. He was charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon, driving while intoxicated and possession of less than two ounces of marijuana. I am sure it was all a misunderstanding as it wasn’t his gun or weed and he was taking so...

Re: The Commish was on campus Wednesday
He was stopping by on his way to DC. He was meeting with various Senators in DC about regulating NIL to avoid pay for play schemes and players being considering employees if the school. Probably needed to get the Vanderbilt perspective as the only private SEC school.

Re: Study shows only 54% of FBS football players who entered the portal actually enrolled at a new school
Does anyone have some insight on what the typical NIL deal terms are? Do they contain payback clause if player transfers or has a public incident that tarnishes his image. Is the money paid incrementally during the school year or just the given season. It would seem as these athletes who attend scho...
