Figured it out on Chrome y'all.... Need to enable the Flash player. Here's what I did:

"Only allow Flash to run on websites that you trust.

On your computer, open Chrome.
Go to the site with the video or game.
To the left of the web address, click Lock Lock or Info Information.
To the right of "Flash," click the Arrows Arrows.
Choose Always allow on this site.
Refresh the page."

Works now.

i was able to send the https://www.mlb.com/astros video to my Chromecast dongle using Chrome on my android phone. Muted the video sound and listened to Eric on 95.9 and followed the stats on my pc. The stats and radio were fairly close, but the video was delayed about 15 seconds.

Maybe it will be https://www.mlb.com/astros/video/shrine ... 1877918383 on Sunday since the first night, Friday, someone mentioned https://www.mlb.com/astros/video/shrine ... 1877918183 but I guess we'll find out. Or perhaps the 183 url was a more general one and the 283 is it for the live games, not sure.
