Vandy vs St Marys
Late game tonight (midnight EST) vs undefeated (5-0) Saint Mary's. Should be a challenge for a team that's been playing better. What are you all hoping to see from the Black and Gold tonight?

I wonder if anyone will actually make it to the end of the game without falling asleep. Midnight EST?

This is a winable game. Play like we did last two games and we win. St. Mary's has beaten Oral Roberts 78-70, Vermont 79-53, North Texas 63-33, Southern 72-54, and Hofstra 76-48. None of these teams are close to as good as we are. We should win.

Re: Vandy vs St Marys
I'm trying to stay optimistic. We can win. It is winnable. But while were are significantly better than the teams that you mentioned, their average margin of victory in those games was 22 points. So we could be a lot better than those teams and still lose.
This is a good test to see if our recent better play is legit or a mirage. Losing this game would be no disgrace. Winning would go a long way to showing we are improving.

Re: Vandy vs St Marys
I want to be optimistic, but the first two games are still too recent to forget. I don't believe we can adjust that quickly in the season to take down a top 25 team on the road. If we do somehow pull this one off, the Southern Miss loss is forgiven in my opinion. I expect us to cover (spread currently sits at 9) and keep it close but ultimately fall short against a formidable St Mary's squad. Let's please prove me wrong, shall we?
FWIW, Southern Miss is now 6-0 and continues their Kenpom ascension, currently at 194, which I imagine is one of the largest discrepancies between preseason rank and final rank, let alone 6 games into the season.

ESPN -- Agghhh!
Okay, so Arkansas tied the San Diego State game at the buzzer and went to OT.
I don't have ESPNU, but I'm told I can watch the game on the ESPN App or WatchEspn (aka espn3.com).
The former gives me an error message:
St. Mary's vs. Vanderbilt starts at 12:00 AM on Thursday, November 24.
The latter states: This event has not yet started
Well, it's now nearly 12:30 AM EST and the game is midway through the first half.
Has anyone else had this issue?
EDIT: After the first game ended my Roku broadcast picked up the ESPN2 feed.
