I was surprised to not see carter starting last night but hopefully we are back on schedule with Hunter on the bump tonight.

Corbs said that Carter has been experiencing some soreness and he wanted to give him the rest.

I fully expect Hunter Owen to start tonight.

Probably need to limit these guys to 90 pitches or so.
The guys in the '70s and '60s who regularly went 9 innings weren't throwing 95-97 mph fastballs or huge breaking sliders. Those that did (Kofax, for instance) didn't last too long.

From the way Chris Lee was talking on his podcast, I don't expect we'll see him this weekend either. However, it sounds as if it's not a major issue and he just needs some good rest and recovery.

Let's hope its not a major injury, but a pitcher's sore or tender arm is always a MAJOR concern.
