The 6-3, 257-pound lineman has also received offers from UAB and South Alabama. Bence is team oriented and enjoys putting in extra work in order to be game ready and have fun winning when the season starts.

He has gotten additional reps from an early age in the Huntsville Youth Indoor Football League Army-12-and-under team who won a championship and played in it again the following year in 2014. He’s plays tight end but primary on the defensive line for Huntsville High School who have experienced ups and downs during his time there. After going to the playoffs his first season they won three games the following year. Last season as a defensive leader for the Panthers, Bence helped double their win total to 6-4 but they fell short of making regionals.

He is fast off the snap. Awareness is an even better asset for him. Multiple times we see him getting off blocks at just the right time to make a stop. An even better example is at 04:31 where he gets breaks through not one but two blockers to successfully make the tackle. As growth and strength continue, he could develop into a key contributor for the ‘Dores.
