After an exciting recruitment period that included commitments to Tennessee and then Maryland, it looks like Ebony Jackson has found a home with the Arkansas Razorbacks.

The three-star running back prospect in both 247Sports.com and Rivals.com may only be ranked that low due to an eligibility issue after transferring from Kell to Cherokee for his final high school season and an unfortunate injury during his first game back. Jackson still had an impressive offer list that included teams like Alabama, Mississippi State, South Carolina and West Virginia.
As we see 04:46 into the video below, Jackson has excellent speed that allows him to get to the edge along with a strong stiff arm he repeatedly employs to deny defenders. His speed can be misleading due to his wide strides that helped him win 100 and 200 meter state track championships during his time at Kell High School. He possesses patience and vision that pairs with it nicely.
The 6-foot-1, 205 pound Jackson has no issues finding openings and sprints out of them creating space. He is capable of the third-down skills needed to block and catch down field to be an elite back. You also see a decent amount of strength that will continue increasing in college. He does well gaining yards after contact too.
