The Ole Miss Rebels recently picked up a big recruit as Kyndrich Breedlove committed to their Class of 2021.

Breedlove is a 5-foot-11, 165-pounder out of Pearl-Cohn (Nashville, Tenn) High School and he chose Ole Miss over the likes of LSU, Tennessee, and Auburn. Breedlove decided to pledge to the Rebels thanks to the fit he enjoyed on a campus visit and after feeling his skillset would be valued by the positional coaches and by head coach Lane Kiffin.
The 3-star prospect is ranked by the 247Sports Composite Rankings as the No. 444 player nationally, the No. 31 overall athlete, and the No. 14 player in the state of Tennessee. As with all prospects that are listed as athletes, Breedlove grades out much higher in some services than others based on the position he is expected to play at the next level and how they seem him adapting and progressing when all his energy is spent on learning a single position to the best of his ability.
The fifth commitment in their class, Breedlove projects as a cornerback at the collegiate level and a player who is noted for being a talented athlete who gets the most out of his ability thanks to his work ethic. In 2019, Breedlove had 21 tackles and an interception on defense, while also contributing 601 yards rushing and 158 receiving. He scored 12 total touchdowns.
As with most highlight videos of athletes, Breedlove’s tape is all over the place as we see what he is all about. The first thing to notice is that he can absolutely fly, with the first three clips showing just how much speed can change a game, be it rushing, on an interception return, or as a receiver. Breedlove also clearly has outstanding ball skills as he always seems to find the right time to attack the ball to make a play no matter if he is the attacker or the defender. One other aspect that bodes well for his future in the secondary is that Breedlove is not afraid of contact, often coming up to make a big hit on players bigger than he is.
