Joel Williams is confident with tackling skills and an impressive offer list most coaches would prefer seeing in their defensive backs. Incredibly athletic. Played both sides and returned kicks. May have a future returning at the next level. Like shown 03:26 in the video below, Williams reacts well to the play developing and breaks quickly to the carrier taking good pursuit routes and is agile enough to avoid blocks. May excel in zone coverage but the man skills are there as well. His hips and awareness show no signs of concern. DoesnÂ’t have issues keeping up with receivers. (DT Yates)
