Bryce Cowan is a 6-foot-4, 190 pound defensive back from Tallahassee, Florida. He is a student at Amos P. Godby high school located in Tallahassee.

Cowan is rated 3 stars by Rivals.com and 3 stars by 247sports.com. According to Rivals.com, Cowan committed to the Commodores and head coach Clark Lea on July 4, 2021.

Cowan is considered one of the top 2022 high school football prospects in the state of Florida. He is ranked No. 94 nationally at his position by 247Sports.

Rivals.com rated Cowan at 5.5.
