Christian Leary Scouting Report
Christian Leary is a dangerous athlete coaches tried getting the ball whatever way they could. Whether it be screen passes, taking snaps out of the wildcat, returning kicks or at receiver. The speedster looks hungry for the end zone every time he touches it. Excellent vision as shown in the video below at the 01:29 mark where he keeps the option before splitting multiple defenders for a score. Solid route runner and physical after the catch. Great hands and ball adjustment skills. Not easy to bring down. May have room to add additional lean mass but is already close to game ready for most power five schools. Could develop into an NFL receiver. (DT Yates)
