Cole Carson Scouting Report
Cole Carson is a cattle rancher from Texas and that work ethic appears to translate to the field. He has explosion off the snap. Leverages his size, length and strength to open running lanes by knocking defenders back and packs a punch. In the video below at the 00:38 mark, Carson effectively uses his body to seal a block off for a score. Helped lead Rivercrest High School to a 7-3 record in the Texas 2A-1 division where they're still alive after a playoff win. Has the height to play anywhere on the offensive line with plenty of room to add mass. Carson does well at picking up linebacker blitzes in pass block scenarios. (DT Yates)
