Nick Elksnis Scouting Report

Nick Elksnis is a unanimous top 20 tight end in the country out of Jacksonville, Florida. Runs routes well and possesses an excellent reach with his lengthy frame. Looks to be efficient at finding the open hole in coverage. Solid at blocking in run situations. Great at using his size and power to leverage opposing defenders. As shown at the 0:58 mark, Elksnis is capable at using his hands to drive defenders at will in run scenarios. His stock will continue to increase as he fills out an already long body. Would be a solid multi year starter at most power five schools. (DT Yates)
