Washington in Miami to a 4A state championship as a junior. A Sports Illustrated All American and All-American Bowl candidate who is an unanimous top ranked receiver in the country. Has room to add lean mass at the next level. As shown in the video below at the 01:31 mark, Brooks is a physical runner who does not make it easy for defensive backs to bring him down in the open field.
