by DT Yates

Clinton Burton is a physical defensive back who excels at bump and coverage. Good at run support, adjusting and breaking off blocks. Solid tackler though additional weight will be helpful at the next level. Great speed burst to disrupt pass attempts and coverage ability. Capable at flipping his hips and lower body flexibility doesn’t appear to be an issue. Adjusts well when getting his body turned around and fast enough to keep up with runners as shown at the 1:09 mark in the video below. More than adequate size for a corner. Excellent agility that should be able to fit into most schemes. Instincts are evident and helpful at bringing him where he needs to be.
