football player

Terry Wells is a 6-foot-4 inch, 280 pound offensive lineman from Wynne, Ark. Wells verbally committed to Arkansas on February 1, 2020. 14Powers.com National Recruiting Analyst DT Yates has reviewed Well’s scouting video and provides comments on his strengths and weaknesses.

By DT Yates

Terry Wells is explosive off the ball driving through his blocks until the play is complete. Played both ways often requiring double coverage defensively. Excellent at sealing blocks off and in pass protection. Strength in upper and lower body is evident on film. Finished 10th in 4A Arkansas state championship throwing the shot put. Enjoys pancaking people and does that often as shown at the 7:56 mark in the video below where Wells ensures the defender is brought to the ground with one arm. Should be able to play most positions on the offensive line. Great at contact initiating with defenders and fueling blocks with his lower body.
