Deontae Lawson is naturally instinctive and capable of covering large areas of ground with elite speed and excellent vision. Two sport athlete who played basketball. Athleticism and length are on display on the first play and at the 03:00 mark in the video below. Pursues quickly as the play develops shedding blocks easily while taking direct routes to the carrier. Has shown to over pursue but makes up for it with upper body strength and leverage.
