Challenges for Vanderbilt
This may be the Commodores last chance to pick up a win in 2020. No Vanderbilt team has ever gone winless in almost 130 years of football. Vandy received some bad news on Tuesday when Vandy star defensive end Dayo Odeyingbo (8 sacks) announced he was opting out of the remainder of the season. It is believed he plans to start training up for the NFL draft. Vandy’s biggest challenge is to stop Tennessee running back Eric Gray. Last season in a 28-10 Tennessee win Gray had 25 carries for 246 yards and three scores. The Commodore can’t allow that to happen again this season.
Saturday‘s game kicks off at 3:00 PM CT (4:00 PM ET). You can watch this Vanderbilt football game on the SEC Network.
