Challenges for Georgia
Vanderbilt is usually near the bottom of the division but this season they’ve taken it to a different level. This team has been mostly awful throughout the season. They did play Texas A&M, Mississippi State and Kentucky all to within a touchdown so you can’t totally sleep on them. Furthermore, Vandy has fired head coach Derek Mason who was fixated on running the ball up the middle and, on defense, leaving huge cushions for opposing wide receivers to make easy catches. These two issues have had Vandy advocates banging their heads against the wall all season. The interim head coach, offensive coordinator Todd Fitch, may see fit to do some things differently. The Bulldogs have to expect the unexpected for this game.
