Comments
Throughout most of the season I thought it was almost for certain Ole Miss would win this game fairly handily. However, after State’s game with Georgia where they held the Bulldogs to less than 25 yards rushing and their young quarterback Will Rogers completed 41 of 52 passes, I think this could be a close game. Ole Miss seems like a mostly passing team. They do pass really well but they also run a lot which keeps defenses guessing about what’s coming next. If State can limit the Rebel rushing game to around 100 yards they’ll have a good shot to win this one. Ole Miss’ defense is porous at best. They give up a lot of yardage. This one may be a close one so I go with the home team. This one should be a fun game to watch. Lots of boxing mixed with football.
