Challenges for Auburn

This is a big game for Auburn. Kind of a crossroads game. Lose, and you likely end up an also-ran for the 2020 SEC season. Win, and you are still in contention for a superior bowl bid. Auburn’s biggest challenge is to win on third down against the Gamecocks. The Tigers had trouble with that a couple of weeks ago at Georgia (6 of 15). This South Carolina team is holding opponents to 19% third-down conversions. On Saturday in Nashville, they held Vandy to 1 of 11 conversions. The Tigers have to be able to convert on third down.

Saturday‘s game kicks off at 11:00 AM CT (12:00 PM ET). Watch on the ESPN Network.
