Challenges for Mississippi State

State went from being on top of the world in their first game to in the dumps in their second contest. This is the nature of college football. It’s just hard to get up for a supposedly lesser opponent, especially after earning a marquee win. Arkansas did seem to have improved some against Alabama, but many likely wrote that off as Bama overlooking the hogs. It appears that Sam Pittman is a pretty darn good coach. All that aside, State lost that game to Arkansas in the turnover department losing in that statistical category 4-2. Graduate transfer K.J. Costello was the culprit for that, tossing three interceptions, one which was returned 69 yards for a TD. If the Bulldogs want to beat Kentucky that can’t happen again.

Tennessee‘s game kicks off at 0 CT (0 ET). Watch on the 0 Network.
