The hiring of Lane Kiffin as Ole Miss’ head coach appears to be a very good hire. That said it’s probably going to take Lane a couple of seasons to get things going. Dan Mullen of Florida has had those couple seasons with his team. The Gators are poised now to make a run for the SEC Championship. Ole Miss may show some fight in this game and I’m sure there will be a couple of neat plays by the Rebels but they just don’t have the personnel to beat Florida yet. Consider too that Lane is installing a new offense for the Rebels. They haven’t had much time to do that because of COVID 19. Florida, by contrast, has the same offense they’ve been running for the last a couple of seasons. It won’t be as difficult for them to have their guys ready. The Gators should win this one by a comfortable margin.
