Challenges for Missouri
To stop Florida you have to stop Gator quarterback Kyle Trask. A very efficient quarterback, Trask in three games his season has completed 74 of 103 passes for 996 yards, 14 touchdowns and just one interception. Trask’s 195.9 rating is sixth-best nationally and second-best in the SEC. In the Gator’s crazy opener against Ole Miss, Trask’s six touchdown passes were only one shy of the SEC single-game record held by seven players.
Can the Tigers stop Trask and the Gator offense? It looks like a formidable task for Mizzou. The Tigers have given up 35 or more points in three of their first four games. It’ll be a challenge, but, hey, holding Kentucky to 10 points on Saturday was at least a start.
Saturday‘s game kicks off at 6:30 PM CT (7:30 PM ET). Watch on the SEC Alternate Network.
