Two big time programs square off for the National Championship of College Football. Clemson has been there before, several times. This is LSU’s first CFP playoff title game but they have arguably the most explosive offense in college football history. Clemson appears to have the better defense and a more balanced offense. I think this one could go either way but no CFP champion has repeated as champions so I’ll go with the one that didn’t win last season. The LSU Tigers.

LSU 38, Clemson 34
