10-0, 6-1 SEC

The LSU Tigers continue their story book season with a 58-37 win over Ole Miss. You have to wonder though if the Tigers, with their shaky defense, could withstand an Ohio State or Clemson in the CFP.

georgia

9-1, 6-1 SEC

Georgia holds off a furious Auburn rally to beat the Tigers 21-14. We move UGA above Alabama due to the loss of QB Tua Tagovailoa.

alabama

9-1 6-1 SEC

Tide losses Tua Tagovailoa but beats MSU 38-7. Hard to see Bama making a CFP run without Tua.

4

4

auburn

7-3, 4-3 SEC

Auburn rallies from a 21-0 deficit to Georgia but can’t finish in a 21-14 loss. Tigers get a tuneup game against Samford to prepare for Bama.

5

florida

9-2, 6-2 SEC

Strong Florida defense paces Gators to 23-6 win at Missouri. Gators get a week off before hosting FSU.

7-3, 4-2 SEC

A&M dominates South Carolina 30-6 in College Station. After a bye week, the Aggies head to LSU.

7

7

missouri

5-5 2-4 SEC

Missouri continues its tailspin losing to Florida. The Tigers host a surging Tennessee team this week.

8

8

tennessee

5-5, 3-3 SEC

Tennessee enjoy a bye week. If the Vols can beat Mizzou they’ll be bowl eligible and lock up at least a .500 SEC record.

9

9

south carolina

4-7, 3-5 SEC

The Gamecocks have endured a very rigorous schedule this season. This week it was the trip to College Station. Next is a visit to rival Clemson.

10

10

ole miss

4-7, 2-5 SEC

Ole Miss fights but falls to LSU. The Rebs can now only hope for a Thanksgiving win over rival Mississippi State.

11

11

mississippi state

4-6, 2-5 SEC

State falls to Bama at home, 38-7. The Bulldogs get the dubious role of injuring one of the best quarterbacks in the history of college football. It clearly wasn’t intentional but we all know narratives change over time.

12

12

kentucky

5-5, 3-5 SEC

Kentucky gets a dominating win over Vanderbilt, 38-14. The Wildcats run for over 400 yards while limiting Vandy to just 199 yards offense.

13

13

vandy

2-8, 1-6 SEC

Derek Mason’s seat must be blistering hot right now. Vandy winning the final two games would likely do little to cool that seat.

14

14

arkansas

2-8, 0-6 SEC

Poor Arkansas must hit the road to Baton Rouge this weekend. They’ll have a better shot at winning the following week against reeling Mizzou in Fayetteville.
