This is one of three games this weekend where SEC teams meet teams from the far West. It’s kind of shocking that the Tigers are traveling out to Laramie, WY. Wouldn’t it be hard on the Tiger fans? Well, consider that Mizzou previously was a member of the Big 12 and at one time Colorado was in the Big 12 so the Tigers are accustomed to this type of trip. Also, the state of Missouri is on the first Western side of SEC territory. This is a game that Mizzou should win handily. Many analysts predict Mizzou to be very good this season. This is the perfect kind of game to get the Tigers ready for the rigors of the SEC. Playing on the road should also help to develop team camaraderie.
