Comments
This is not one of those games you lay in bed at night looking forward to watching unless you happen to be a fan of one of these two teams. This is an important game. It counts toward bowl eligibility and if you lose to Louisiana you can say goodbye to any prospect of going to the CFB Playoff. In the early 90s the Citadel upset Arkansas in the Hogs season opener. Crazy things happen in openers but, don’t worry, it’ll probably be fine and the score below will be about right. One other thing that’ll be interesting in this game is to see how grad transfer (from Penn St.) quarterback Tommy Stevens does in this game.
Note: The Preseason game score prediction and the in-season prediction are all the same this week because the preseason predictions were only made about a week before the season started. In next week’s predictions, you’ll see some differences between the in-season and preseason predictions because we’ll know a lot more about teams after they have played a game.
