Challenges for South Carolina
Wildcat running back Benny Snell, Jr. is a one man battering ram for the Wildcats. The junior needs just 36 yards to pass 3,000 rushing for his career. He’s rushed for 125 yards or more against every FBS team the Cats have faced this season. Snell can run opponents over or run around them. He also has 15 career receptions for UK. Stop Snell and you stop Kentucky.
Challenges for Kentucky
Kentucky’s on a tear so far this season. They can’t be complacent with South Carolina. The Gamecocks D-line manhandled a Vanderbilt O-line that gave Notre Dame fits the week before. Kentucky’s coaches have to keep the team’s minds focused on the next opponent, and not the big win over Mississippi State.
