Challenges for Arkansas
We harp a lot on quarterbacks in these first looks because that position is the most important position for a team. We more often point out the strengths of players rather than weaknesses in order to project some positivity into our analysis. One player that makes it easy for us to tout is Jayden Daniels, LSU’s quarterback who transferred to LSU after three seasons at Arizona State. Daniels has been a workhorse for the Tigers this season. Passing the ball, Daniels has 187 completions on 268 attempts for 14 touchdowns and only one interception. He’s also run for 770 yards and 10 touchdowns. That’s 24 touchdowns for which he has been responsible. Arkansas has to limit his production to have a shot at winning this game.
Saturday‘s game kicks off at 11:00 AM CT (12:00 PM ET). Watch this SEC football game on the ESPN Network.
