Challenges for Tennessee

Tennessee’s challenge versus Tennessee-Martin is to somehow be focused on the Skyhawks. That’s going to be tough to do after the Vol’s huge, monumental win over Alabama. Yes, this is an FCS opponent but keep in mind this is a solid FCS opponent. They average almost 38 points a game and nearly 500 yards per contest of offense. Veteran quarterback Dresser Wynn is no slouch. Now in his sixth season with UT-Martin, Wynn is currently ranked sixth nationally in the FCS in passing yards per game at 293.2. So far this season Wynn has 133 completions on 210 attempts for 1,759 yards, 11 touchdowns, and just two interceptions. He’s just the type of quarterback that could give a mentally flat Tennessee team problems. Tennessee can’t afford to have a bad day like Texas A&M had against Appalachian State in September.

Saturday‘s game kicks off at 11:00 AM CT (12:00 PM ET). Watch this SEC football game on the SEC Network.
