Challenges for Georgia
Georgia will probably destroy Vandy but realize the Commodores have several very good players. Freshman quarterback AJ Swann doesn’t play like a freshman. He completed 8 of 11 passes late in the game against nationally ranked Wake Forest and was a surprise starter the following week at Northern Illinois. So far this season he has 69 completions in 110 attempts for 848 yards, eight touchdowns and no interceptions. Offensively, Georgia should throw 90 percent of the time against Vandy because their pass defense is horrendous. On Saturday they were able to stifle a very good Ole Miss rushing attack in the first half. Lane Kiffin backed off some of the running in the second half and blew Vandy away with several bombs for scores.
Saturday‘s game kicks off at 2:30 PM CT (3:30 PM ET). Watch this SEC football game on the SEC Network.
