Challenges for South Carolina

The Kentucky Wildcats have a diamond in quarterback Will Levis. Levis is among the most efficient passers in the FBS with a rating of over 174. In his most recent outing, the narrow loss at Ole Miss, Levis completed 18 of 24 passes for 220 yards and two touchdowns. This season Levis has 1,405 yards passing with 12 touchdowns and just four interceptions. Levis, who ran for over 700 yards while a quarterback at Penn State, has not been allowed to run near for Kentucky as he did for the Nittany Lions. However, the Gamecocks must be aware that he is a very capable runner.
