Challenges for Florida
This will be a tough game for Florida to win, especially in Knoxville in front of 100,000 fans. To stop the Vols you have to frustrate and get pressure on Tennessee’s fine quarterback Hendon Hooker. So far this season Hooker has tallied 59 completions on 85 attempts (69.4%) for 844 yards, six touchdowns and no interceptions. He’s passed for over 6,600 yards throughout his career at Virginia Tech and Tennessee. Hooker is also a threat to run. He’s gained over 1,700 yards rushing for 22 touchdowns during his career. The Vol staff is limiting his carries this season to avoid possible injury but he can turn it on if needed in a crunch. Stop Hendon Hooker and you greatly improve your chances of defeating the Tennessee Volunteers.
Saturday‘s game kicks off at 2:30 PM CT (3:30 PM ET). Watch this SEC football game on the CBS Network.
