East Carolina is excited about playing South Carolina. I read a post with the hashtag “#NoQuarter”. Some folks may not know what that means. In war, it means if your enemy loses the battle and is captured, they are to be killed. Conversely, if one side’s leader states that no quarter be given but then loses the battle, the victor has the right to do the same to the side that intended to give no quarter. South Carolina should use this as a motivation tool against ECU. Predicting this game is tough. We don’t really know how good the Gamecocks are. They beat an FCS team that hasn’t won a game in a couple of years. ECU fell to a formidable Marshall team in their opener but play them pretty close. I give the SEC team the edge here.
