Arkansas-Ole Miss Prediction
The Ole Miss Rebels felt the weight of the moment. One can’t blame them – they aren’t used to being in the spotlight. The Rebels snuck up on the SEC by moving to 3-0 in the league, but in their first game as a top-25 team, at home against LSU, the Rebels played like the hunted instead of the hunter. Now they know what it feels like to carry the burden of expectations. Ole Miss gets another chance to win at home, this time against a reeling Arkansas team which is running out of chances to meaningfully change its season. The Hogs were blasted by Tennessee earlier this week – that does not make them unique in the SEC – but their larger woes are impossible to ignore. Their flaws go beyond one end of the floor or one position group. Ole Miss should get healthy. Ole Miss 82, Arkansas 76. (Matt Zemek)
