Alabama (13-10, 5-5 SEC) defeated Georgia 105-102 in overtime on Saturday in Athens. Kira Lewis Jr. led the Crimson Tide with 37 points. Sahvir Wheeler was top Dog tallying 24 points. This game was tied at 92 at the end of regulation. The Tide won the extra period 13-10. This game was incredibly close statisticallly. Alabama made 38 field goals, Georgia 39. Bama made 8 of 25 3-pointers, Georgia made 7 of 26. Georgia had 18 assists, Bama 17. Both teams had 3 blocked shots and 14 turnovers.

Kira Lewis Jr. leads the Tide in scoring averaging 17.4 points per game. John Petty, Jr. is second in scoring at 15.3 points a contest. Petty leads the Tide in rebounding pulling down over 7 a game. Bama is No. 1 in the SEC in scoring offense (82.6 ppg). The Crimson Tide is dead last in scoring defense, however, allowing 78.2 points a contest. Guard Samir Doughty leads the Tigers in scoring (16.0 ppg). Okoro is the next leading scorer with 12.8 points a game. Center Austin Wiley is the top Tiger in rebounds, bringing down over 9 per game. Auburn is third in the SEC in scoring offense (79.6 ppg) and first in the conference in scoring margin (+9.9). The Tigers are third in the league in rebounding margin (+6.3) and second in blocked shots (5.2 bpg).
