Nashville Super Regional Prediction
Duke was one of the big surprises of last weekend’s regionals. They went up to West Virginia and handled both the Mountaineers and Texas A&M (twice). Now the Blue Devils will head over to Nashville to face the Commodores for the right to a berth in the NCAA Baseball College World Series. Vandy was no surprise last weekend, cruising through the regional in Music City. Vanderbilt has the edge in just about every area. Vandy has a big advantage in any 3-game series because the Dores have four capable starting pitchers. The Commodores will likely win this one but Duke might steal one game but probably not. Vanderbilt 2 wins, Duke 0 wins.
