Coronavirus and football

Post by Wildcat15 »

Football seems so far away that it is almost weird to think that the Coronavirus could impact it. Mark Stoops and - specifically - Kirk Herbstreit, however, think that we may be unlikely to see games this fall. What do we think? Will there be a Kentucky football season this fall in some shape or another?

“I am not trying to be overly pessimistic, but I’m doubtful we’re going to have a 2020 football season, NFL or college,” said Warren K. Zola, a respected expert on sports law and executive director of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

More people looking forward in a realistic/pessimistic way. I have no idea what the answer is here but I hope that we let things play out a little before any decisions are made on the season.
