If we get to Ryan Hilinski we win this game. This is a South Carolina team that had 30 yards of offense in the entire first half against Mizzou. They just aren't all that good. We have our issues, but the defense needs to use this game as a basis to fix some of the problems that are causing us to lose games. I think we take it in a one-score game.

This was not a good look for the program. Losing is fine if the team is competitive, but the way we played on Saturday night was not that. Saywer is clearly hurting, but throwing for 90 yards and a pick isn't good enough at this level of college football. We can't convert on third down - mainly because can't pass the ball - and it is hard to see what changes could have been made within the flow of the game to turn this loss into a win.
