N'Faly Dante

We need frontcourt help in a big way. How would this guy look in blue if he reclassifies to 2019 from 2020 as is being rumored?

Dante will be visiting Kentucky next week and while he hasn't reclassified just yet it is seen as only a matter of time until he shifts his enrollment to the 2019 class. With Blackshear looking less likely this could be an ideal fallback option.

“While there were initial reports that Dante would not be reclassifying, I was informed almost immediately that this was not true and that a decision on that had not been made. In fact, going into the visit, sources tell KSR that the five-star center was still working toward getting his academics in order to see if a jump to 2019 was possible.”

It does seem like we have a shot at him along with Oregon. The bigger question is which year he will be available for play.

Missed on this one. Dante has reclassified to the 2019 class and (according to Rivals) has committed to Oregon for this college career.

It is a shame on our end as he is clearly a skilled big who could have had a major impact at Rupp. Hopefully frontcourt help comes in a different way.
