Re: Nate Sestina

Looks like that came true against Auburn. Feels like losing the VU game while more embarrassing would have been the wake up call needed and would have prevented the auburn game. Anyone see this article about Richards and how he kind of offset some of the rebound issues? https://www.courier-journal.c...

Marrow

Did anyone else see this coach Vince Marrow decided to turn down the Youngstown State heading coaching job and will be sticking with us? Hopefully this also means we get to land Drennen since Marrows the one whose been recruiting him.

Re: Super Bowl Commercial

Saw a lot of old players spotted in there too. Tim Couch, Wilbur Hackett, Randall Cobb naming a few. It's true about the excitement it helped renew. I've heard a lot of people say similar things about it reminding them they wished football was here already.

Re: Loss to Auburn can mean a million different things for Kentucky

Other than us regretting the loss it seems the refs regret not being to blow their whistles fast enough in this one. Some of the fouls were so ridiculous was half tempted to turn it over.

Lynn Bowden voted Kentucky Sports Figure of the Year

https://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/lynn-bowden-voted-kentucky-sports-figure-of-the-year/ Rare company with the 300+ pass yards, 1,200+ rushing yards, and 300+ receiving yards. Figure he would have broke Newton's record as well if he had started earlier this season. Excited to see what ...

Re: Ridiculous No Call in Texas Tech game

This seemed like a huge difference in this one as well. Glad the half court end of practice shoot arounds are paying dividends.

With all the poor officiating and score keeping don't think we win if not for Quickley's shot there.

Re: Ridiculous No Call in Texas Tech game

There was an insane amount of boneheaded officiating and score keeping in this one. Who knows how it would have ended if they were allowed to declare UK players fouled out with just four fouls.

For these CBS rankings we moved up six slots to #37 overall for last season's finish. Feels like next season we can be knocking on the door of top 15-20.

Re: Which is the real Kentucky?

I hope it's the one that shows up. That LSU game at their place is going to be huge. Locking up the regular season championship that day would also be nice heading into the postseason.

Re: Texas Tech

That was one of the more exciting games of the season and should give us a nice boost for the postseason seeding. What the hell was up with their scorekeeper and good on Robic for calling them out on the attempted cheating.
