Some say the rich only get richer. On Thursday the Georgia Bulldogs got richer when they received a commitment from one of the Southeast’s top defensive linemen. Tymon Mitchel, a 300-plus pound who starred at the prestigious Franklin Road Academy, announced in a tweet that he would wear the red and black of Georgia.

Tymon Mitchell was rated 4-stars on Rivals.com and 3-stars on both ESPN.com and 247Sports.com.
Mitchell had a bundle of offers including from the likes of Tennessee, Vanderbilt, Louisville, California, Georgia Tech, Duke, Alabama, Iowa State, Mississippi State, Northwestern, Ole Miss, Purdue, South Carolina, Stanford, and Virginia.
As a junior Mitchell had 74 tackles 4 sacks, 11 tackles for losses and a fumble recovery.
