Haven’t heard this “en fuego” term before. Is it a popular slang lately in the US? I recognized it as spanish for “on fire.” I’d agree the team is hot at the moment and on fire. I wonder what the best forum is for posts on women’s tennis so I can go to it regularly, maybe a miscellaneous VU sports forum here.Junnah wrote:They are en fuego.

considering this is the 4th straight year our women's tennis team has been in the NCAA final 4, I would argue this is our best athletic team and we do need a forum.
Don, think about it. Four straight years and we are again in the final 4 - we have only 1 senior playing (she is our best player) but we should be good again. This sustained excellence merits support.
VUCommodores.com doesn't even have this the lead headline and in their calendar does not list the semi-finals and finals (talk about poor support from our own athletic department) and of course nothing in the Tennessean. Thank goodness for Vandymania.
Plan to be at the finals if we are - worth the 5 hr trip to Winston-Salem. Will file a report if we are in finals with pictures.
