The photo is certainly not definitive, Kaiser's body blocks any clear view of tag or no tag. The previous posters are right, none of the replays showed a clear tag, nor did they show a clear no tag. The umpire was in perfect position to see the entire play and he watched it through to the finish. He was confident in his call and the replay did nothing to dispute that call.
