I think it will at least keep him in the race for another start.

I may come down to what the Sox think their prospects are for the year.

Apparently he is really struggling with command, more specifically, the curve. He has a plus curveball which he was always getting guys in college to chase into the dirt, but big league hitters are laying off of it and he isn't hitting the zone.

I really hope he can pull this off because he has the talent and makeup to be a big league pitcher.

Great day for Carson...what a competitor...knowing his work ethic, I think he'll stick as a starter...

Carson had a major adjustment to his life during the off season and that may have contributed to his slow start this Spring...

From what I've seen, he's having trouble getting that 3rd strike. I hope he gets it fixed.

His last outing might have been his only decent start this spring.

Carson and his long time girl friend had a quite wedding attended by only close family members. Please, everyone reading this, respect his desire for privacy and don't make a big deal out of it, i.e., don't post on social media--keep it to yourselves. It is not a secret but it is not something to make a big splash about.

Did becoming a husband require adjustments in his life? I'm sure it did. Did it have anything to do with a slow start in the Spring? Who knows?
