They do, reportedly have showers and bathrooms... not sure about air conditioning...

I understand that they are air conditioned, and nicer and roomier than the previous stadium locker rooms (which, having seen, wouldn't be hard to believe).

It should be noted that Texas Tech is also doing construction in their end zone this season, and their opponents' locker room facilities are in modular buildings:
