Question about the 2023 class

Looking at the difference in the Perfect Game list of commits and the 14Powers list, 14 powers shows a 5 star commit named Wesley Mendes, a LHP. Perfect game doesn't have him. Is the 14Powers list older? He has not yet been drafted, but I see no other info on him. Anyone else know?

I googled him, looks like he flipped to Ole Miss back in the fall.
